About Omni
Omni-Labs is the online presence of Omni Systems Ltd., a new company operating from Folkestone, Kent, in the United Kingdom. The company has been set up to produce and develop games that that push for progressive, positive and social online experiences.
Omni Labs consists of the following people
Martin Clemie
Martin is an outstanding artist who has throughout his career worked on some of the biggest games out there. His track record includes large contributions to games in the Battlefield and Harry Potter series. Martin is equally skilled in other art disciplines and to top it all off he has an impressive background in architecture
Martin is responsible for the art direction of Omni projects.
Kate Curl
Kate is an experienced Solicitor with expertise in civil litigation, education and employment law. She qualified in 2002 and has had a broad range of additional legal experience which includes company and commercial law. She has previous experience as a company secretary.
Oscar Forth
Oscar is a professional programmer with an interest in 3D development and low level optimisation. After joining the games industry in 2000 as a logic programmer he rapidly worked his way up to core engine technology developer. He has helped bring several projects to completion over his time including the award winning "Mercury" series.
He recently left the games industry due to a general dislike of staff treatment but is itching to get back to his main love, creating fun games and cool technology.
Rudolf Kremers
Rudolf is a game design veteran who has worked on a plethora of games ranging from small and fun titles for handheld systems to multi-million selling games and franchises on consoles and pc. His professional experience includes work on original new IP as well as famous established brands like Harry Potter, Championship Manager and Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
Rudolf handles the project's overall game design.
Alex May
Alex is a games industry professional and a driven enthusiast. Since joining the industry in 2002, he has helped take several products to the shelves for clients including Sony and produced prize-winning freeware.
After years of experience of the mainstream industry as both a consumer and a developer, he strongly believes in developer freedom of expression and in new markets.
Alex writes gameplay code and assists in game design and theory.
About our projects
The projects are set up in such a way that they use the free-to-play business model which, in this new arena of online media publishing. allows for highly successful commercial endeavours while maintaining egalitarian access to people from all walks of life.
